Terms and conditions for courses:
Your registration becomes binding when you submit the completed registration form. The confirmation of registration and the training invoice will then be sent to you by email.
As mentioned above, 20 percent of the course fee shall be paid when booking a course (due to the limited number of participants).
The remainder shall be paid no later the course start date.
In the event of non-attendance or early drop-out, the course fee shall be paid in full.
Management reserves the right to make any changes concerning dates, training locations, among others. Should a course be canceled, or should its date be changed, any course fee already paid will be refunded.
Cancellation conditions:
Any cancellation shall be made in writing. The fees for canceling participation in a course are charged as follows:
4 to 2 weeks before the course start date: 20 percent of the course fee
2 weeks before the course start date: 50 percent of the course fee
Management is entitled to exclude a course participant from (further) participation for serious reasons. In this case, the same cancellation conditions shall apply as in the case of non-attendance or early drop-out. This means that the full course fee shall be paid by the participant.
Certificates shall only be issued upon full payment.
